Florito.net: processing computer art

I want to use this space to plug some of the computer artwork of long-time friend florito.net a.k.a. Marcus Graf:

His site is a showcase of many weird and wonderful experiments he did with a programming language called processing.

As I understand it, the language builds on the graphical powers and number-crunching speed of Java, allowing for some amazing interactivity, and insane biological and mathematical simulations.

Just head over to florito.net and play around with some of the examples showcased there to get an idea…

Marcus and his partner Andrea Reyes Elizondo then take this thing one step further, and incorporate these techniques into interactive installations. If you happen to be near the Hague on september 26/27, during the todaysart festival, you have a chance to see some of their work in action.

Amazing stuff!
